ADVERTISING CAMPAING: INSIDE THE DREAM

PROJECT: HARMONIA ELEVATED APARTMENTS

CLIENT: YUCATAN COUNTRY CLUB / INMOBILIA

 

OVERVIEW:

Harmonia Elevated Apartments is a project located in the innermost of Yucatan Country Club, a golf Residential Complex awarded and recognized as the best community in Latin America. Harmonia Offers a high-rise living option with incredible views to “El Jaguar” golf course and the custom-made artificial lake 

Our commission was to design an ad campaign to present this new project to a young target, which we should invite and inspire to become part of this exclusive community.

 

INSPIRATION:

We all have dreams in our lives, those aspirations, activities and lifestyle with which we seek to get our inner realization.

Those dreams tend to be distant, as future stuff, but… What if those dreams could be real from now on? What if someone tells us that it is possible?

We visualize Harmonia  as an opportunity to get into Yucatan Country Club to wake up every morning living that dream, surrounded by the best housing proposal in Mérida, in a natural environment that unifies with perfect harmony within the space.

 

CREATIVE PROPOSAL:

We decided to tell the story from the inside of the project.

“Inside the dream” is the message with which we invite the target to live this dream, assuring that this is happening and sharing it from Yucatán Country Club, living in a space full of possibilities. 

As a part of the campaign strategy, it was designed an identity system that evoques exclusivity, wellness and fulfillness using a color range from blue to gold tones, accentuated with a cloudy texture suggesting this magical dream.

We  used a typography selection that incorporates classic and modern fonts showing status, appearing with dynamic photography of the complex and the lifestyle inside the residency that invites the target to be part of this experience.
