CONCEPT
For more than 30 years, Sky Capital has positioned itself in southeastern Mexico as a real estate investment and development company, leading the industry with innovative projects.
As developers of the first skyscraper in the region, they sought to strengthen and expand their positioning as leaders in vanguard, quality and experience from the heights of the city, thus renewing the image of this great development company that marks a milestone in urban growth.
We worked on the rebranding of the brand, designing a creative concept that reflects our vision for Sky Capital. Using modern typography, we created a dynamic and edgy editorial,
which is crowned with a new isotype.
NARRATIVE
We defined Sky Capital’s new brand statement “Be on top of the sky” to represent its leadership within the real-estate market, being the summit the highest point where the brand is crowned.
To reflect this groundbreaking focus, we focused on the logo’s re-design. We adjusted the typography’s weight, contrast, and kerning to improve its legibility in different contexts and to ensure its adaptability to different platforms and formats.
We redefined the structure with a neogrotesk style to give more strength and seriousness to the logo.
Inspired by the brand statement, we created a distinctive isotype for the brand: a crown that symbolizes the status, excellence, and leadership that represents Sky Capital. This crown is accompanied by a star that not only reinforces our commitment to lead and stand out but also becomes an iconic visual element that is easily identified throughout the city.
In its editorial, we redesigned the color palette to highlight the high-end attribute that distinguishes the brand, also underlining its continuous growth and expansion. We strategically used Sky Capital's most emblematic elements to communicate its trajectory and extensive experience in the real estate market.
